Well, it has been a sad day around here. Our original breeding girl, a phenomenal mom was brought to the vet today. Our girl, Summer Rose, was spayed! She has had beautiful litters for us, is a great teacher for puppies, and a family member. We brought her to the vet today, and sadly walked away. Summer Rose has always had phenomenal puppies! When we picked her up she was happy as always, although she was very tired. She rested throughout the evening.

Summer is 4 years old now. She is moving on to a new phase in her life. She will no longer bear puppies as she has done for us, she will now only play with them! She has taught many dogs that have come through our home and she will continue teaching. She has served our family well in her breeding career and now it is only fair that she enjoy the rest of her years!
