Water is Important in Heat

Please remember as these hot days of summer are passing quickly, it is still very important to keep your puppy hydrated.  The average puppy needs around 1/2 cup of water every two hours.  If your puppy show signs of thirst (excessive panting), please make sure you are giving them enough water!  However, it is important to remember that here at Ashford Manor we recommend removing the water shortly after their evening meal.  It usually does not affect their hydration and it will help them control their bladder throughout the night!
