Caring for your dog after spay/neuter surgery

Being careful with your pup after their surgery is very important. You don’t want to pull apart their sutures
Jumping and climbing will irritate the incision so try to avoid getting your puppy excited
Don’t let your puppy lick their incision.
Pups recovery usually last about 2 days. If you have an older pup such as 6 months expect a week recovery time. Your puppy will most likely just sleep, or be more mellow than usual. After that they will be back to their energetic and happy self.
