Motivator

Motivation is one of the best ways to teach your puppy to desire to do what you wish.  Dogs can be motivated in several ways, such as games, play time, and being with other dogs.  However, one of a dogs biggest motivator is food!  Look at a motivator as a way to teach your dog obedience.  So, to lay a positive and solid foundation for your puppy, use motivators freely when instructing your puppy on the behaviors you wish for him to model.
