Keep Your Dog Healthy This Holiday and Have Fun!

Fourth of July is right around the corner, please protect your Australian Labradoodle. We are our dogs advocates, be aware of them this weekend! Here are a few tips for you and your dog during the 4th of July activities.

1. Keep your dog away from the hustle and bustle of town/city firework displays. Your Labradoodle would rather be at home than be out with you in the crowded, noisy areas.

2. Keep fireworks away from your dog. Both the danger of a lit or hot fireworks could be a disastrous situations as well as some fireworks are toxic to animals.

3. Keep glow bands/sticks away from your pets. A curious puppy could ingest these plastic pieces causing obstruction in their intestines.

4. Keep insect coils and citronella out of reach. Ingestion can cause damage to the central nervous system and stomach irritation.
