I have recently received some very disturbing news about Trifexis. This product is used for parasites (heart worm, round worm, etc) and is also for flea and tick medicine all in one. It has been around for a few years. Several breeders have used this product and had abnormalities in their puppies. The puppies have had stub tales and cleft palates, sadly none of them have survived. If this is harming puppies in the womb it is very strongly possible to harm puppies and adults sooner or later.
At Ashford Manor Labradoodles we use Heartguard Plus for parasites and Frontline Plus for flea and tick. If you are using Trifexis, please be warned that it can be harmful for your Australian Labradoodle.
