As many of your know dental hygiene is very important when it comes to you and your Australian Labradoodle. Just as humans have tooth decay, so do dogs. A daily brushing is essential for healthy teeth. Some people use Greenies  (we do not recommend using these instead use a more natural option like Paw Tree Dental Chews) to keep dogs teeth healthy, while others use a toothbrush and toothpaste. By brushing your dogs teeth at least 3 times per week, you can add up to 5 years to their life.

Without brushing your canines teeth plaque can build up. When the plaque breaks off, it is swallowed and absorbed into the bloodstream. This can lead to blocked arteries, this can cause heart and kidney disease.

Brushing your pups teeth will also prevent frequent trips to the vet for a dental cleaning which can cause risks as well. Take a couple minutes and give your Australian Labradoodle the love they deserve.
